CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF
We have gathered a team of highly trained and knowledgeable support
staff to provide prompt response to customers'' need. This direct
access to our support staff will improve the communications and
understanding among our valued customers.
> SOLDER
CHECKER
Quantron GmbH
and ESE have jointly provided new solder analysis equipment that is
most suitable for health checking of Lead Free Solder. It can detect
four heavy metals in RoHS with low detection limit, high accuracy and
good repeatability. It is very simple to operate and low maintenance
cost.
> SOLDER
ANALYSIS
We provide solder analysis of used solder of our valued customers. Our
highly trained staff using spectronmeter for solder analysis will be
able to advice our customers the condition of their solder and
recommend appropriate solutions to each analysis results.
> MOISTURE
TEST
We also provide moisture test eg. fluxs for our valued customers upon
request. We would liaise with our clients on the outcome of the test
and advise them of appropriate measures to implement.
> FAILURE
ANALYSIS
We are also able to provide failure analysis on our customers' finished
products. We use the Scanning Electro Microscope to provide microscopy
of specimens in their original stage. It provides useful information on
surface contamination, solder hairline crack, foreign material
identifications etc.
