SILICON RUBBER PAD

Made of high performance silicone-fabric composites. The specially formulated silicone rubber compounds used in UltraPad press pads are designed for optimum thermal stability and compressibility in the lamination environment. This allows UltraPad press pads to deliver consistent performance from the first cycle to the last. UltraPad press pads eliminate the need for single-use, throwaway pressure distribution vehicles, allowing circuit manufacturers to lower waste and cost.
